CotW employs a combination of team facilitation and one-on-one coaching, with a commitment to creating an effective and functional team whilst allowing the individual to flourish as a leader. Bespoke programs combined with evidence-based facilitation techniques, assessments and thinking underpin the work we do.

The so-called “softer skills” are often what bring both the team and the individual undone. So much of the organisation’s focus is on the results and the numbers – but CotW operates from the belief that everyone wants to be a part of a winning team. To do this, we review the vision for the business and the team; we define the current landscape both for the team and the individuals; and we explore the gaps to create a team of engaged, functional winners.

Storytelling is a key part of today’s leadership capability – using modern archetypes we work with the team or the individual to explore messaging with intention for both internal and external customers.

CotW also makes a number of psychological assessment tools available for greater individual and team understanding: the Hogan suite of assessments, including 360s; the Myers Briggs Type Indicator; Pearson-Marr Archetype Inventory; and the Riso-Hudson Enneagram.
